Sometimes the worst part about being on a budget is the thought of it. That idea that you “can’t” do something can be really frustrating. Imagining that you should only spend $200 of your take-home budget on groceries is bound to cause even the most frugal person to imagine ramen noodle dinners and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch (not that there is anything wrong with that).
